Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing which shortens the processing time by up to 3 days.
In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Notification email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package). If your item ships via UPS, delivery will occur between Monday and Friday. If your item ships via FedEx, your delivery will occur between Tuesday and Saturday.

The quality of your experience is our priority. In the event that you are not satisfied with any item, you many return it within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition, speed up your return by following these simple steps:
Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (if damaged).
Easy Photo Return is available for most posters and art prints, including framed items, canvas, acrylic, and wood mounts. Easy Photo Return is not
available for some items, including T-Shirts, apparel, desk diaries, original books, umbrellas and limited edition prints.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

Return Your Shipment
If a product is perfect, but not perfect for you, we invite you to return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges) by following these simple steps:
Complete and print a Return Request form which you can also find on the back of the Packing List included with your order.
Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request (the shipping address is listed at the bottom of the form). We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.
