Lou Little

Columbia University football coach Lou Little was best known for winning the Rose Bowl in 1934 (Columbia defeated Stanford 7-0) and the Army game of 1947, in which the Columbia Lions bested the Cadets 21-20. He is photographed here, ball in hand, by Lusha Nelson in the November 1934 Vanity Fair.
