Winged Foot Golf Club is an historic venue located in Mamaroneck, N.Y. This challenging course was designed by A.W. Tillinghast in 1923 and has held a significant place in golf history since. Here is an aerial view of the 12th and 13th holes of the West Course at Winged Foot. This course was ranked No. 8 on Golf Digest's 100 Greatest Golf Courses 2007-2008 list. Winged Foot's West Course has hosted several championships over the years, including the 2006 U.S. Open, which Johnny Miller described as 'the perfect U.S. Open layout.'
